omg, I’M SO FREAKIN’ EXCITED. West Side Story is literally one of my top 3 favorite musicals, and Darren as Tony? Be still my heart.
I could literally listen to Darren talk about how grateful he is for hours… not while he’s wearing that weird outfit, though.
He definitely hadn’t overstayed his welcome… I would have stood there for another hour if they let him keep playing, haha.
Ugh, faaavorite. Still can’t even believe I got to see this in person… And the druuuuums, ahhhh, he’s so ecstatic about the drums! I just love this song so much :( I was so happy when he played it during the encore.
Loved loved loved it when the other band members came out and played with him… it sounded so great. Made one of my favorite songs even better.
So a lot went wrong today, but I don’t really care that it could have gone better because that’s a photo of Darren freakin’ Criss right there (albeit a very shitty one) and I took it myself and he is a wonderful musician and an amazing human being and dahfdjakslhgfasgjkldh
Basically all of my photos are super grainy and blurry so I probs won’t be posting many. Haven’t looked at the videos but I can’t imagine they’re very good. Saw a lot of Starkids up front filming though, so that’s good.
